Cedar Hill Care Center is part of Zandex Health Care Corporation, the largest provider of skilled rehabilitation services in Southeastern Ohio.  Cedar Hill has a proud history of excellence in annual state surveys and Zandex is the recipient to the Ohio Health Care Association’s Premiere Award for nursing excellence. The award was largely won because of the outstanding nurses and staff who go above and beyond to help residents feel they are part of the family.
