Mealtime is one of the most important times of the day at Cedar Hill Care Center.  Corporate Chef Bill Bird, Dietary Manager LeeAnn Moore and the dietary staff take special care in choosing foods that will look and taste good at the same time as meeting the changing nutritional needs of residents.  Cedar Hill places a great emphasis on resident satisfaction-we call it patient-centered care.  If a resident doesn’t find something they like on today’s menu, they can order from our cook to order menu anytime.  How’s that for service!  These kinds of choices enhance the dining experience of every resident.
